What is and is not included in the service fee
Item	How it is charged
Groceries	At till price. Till slip attached to every docket. No markup.
Service fee	Fixed monthly, per the plan above. Billed to the funder in their own currency — rand, pounds, Australian, US or Canadian dollars, or euro.
Armed-response escort	Included in the service fee on every delivery. Not billed per call-out.
Chronic medicine	Dispensed by Kirospharma and collected on the scheduled trip. Members pay cost price with no dispensing fee, itemised on the same docket.
Post, gas, electricity	No collection fee on a scheduled trip. You pay only what the item costs.
Hospital or clinic transport	R390 per return trip within 25 km, booked 48 hours ahead. Included monthly on Household & care. Scheduled appointments only — not an emergency service.
Extra unscheduled trip	R290, subject to pod availability that day.
Annual plan	Pay twelve months ahead and the twelfth is free, with Kirospharma membership included at no charge.
Specialist stores	Spice houses, prayer shops, butchers, sweetmeat and produce sellers are bought at their counter price, on the same trip, with no surcharge.
Outside the pilot area	Not available yet. We will not take your money for a suburb we cannot service properly.

Launching soon. Rates are confirmed with each household in writing before the first shop. Offshore rates are billed in the funder’s own currency and are set against the cost of comparable care in that country; the service your parents receive is identical whichever country funds it.
